I haven’t posted an episode rant in days. And I don’t think I’d be able to post anything in the next few days too. RL is being a bitch lately, what with job hunting and job trainings that suck I end up ragequitting right off the bat. Anyway I don’t want all that drama to show up here so I’m on hiatus effective immediately. I’m still going to keep up with my picks for this season but I just won’t write about them right away. Bi-weekly watch lists will still be there if I can manage to squeeze it in my ~fabulous~ schedule.

I’m one day late with this orz;;; I was unexpectedly busy yesterday because of ‘stuff’ but it’s a weekend now, so everything’s over! I might be busier starting this Monday though. Things aren’t finalized yet but I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

Oh but don’t think all this show is about is just these half-spirit girls trying to make the world a better place for both humans and youkai. There’s some ~deep~ underlying plot waiting to unfold right there, just you wait.

Here’s my hypothesis a.k.a. wild guess: That old fox lady has something to do with Zakuro. I’m thinking she’s Zakuro’s mom. But Zakuro’s mom is a human who got ~spirited away~ not a fox. Here’s where my hypothesis gets even wilder than a wild boar… half-spirit girls are born because their moms got spirited away. Zakuro said her mom got spirited away twice and that a fox spirit is usually behind these spiriting aways (lol is there such a word) so what if, after getting spirited away twice, her mom becomes a full-fledged fox spirit? MAN I AM SO GOOD AT THESE THEORIES ABOUT SPIRITING AWAYS lmao

I have a feeling that he’s going to be back. The Head said something about him having the ~sign~ which I’m guessing is the sign that the maidens have and the sign that Takuto has as well. Man, if that’s true I WILL BE A HAPPY FANGIRL INDEED.

There be naked Takuto next week which I am already looking forward to (≖‿≖) forget Wako, who needs a Southern Maiden when you have the Ginga Bishounen.

Honestly, I ship Shichika and Togame. They’re so canon, I don’t even.

You can’t even guess how many times I lol’d when they all make those faces every time they hear Fideo shout “KATENACHIO KAUNTA DA!” lmao. Just… glorious.

These little kids will be facing the more difficult part of their game next week when finally it’s time for… KATENACHIO KAUNTA.

This episode is clearly the best ep so far. God, I almost reached my peak listening to a mad (angry not crazy) Nakamura Yuuichi character. His voice is just so manly, idk, I came? Although the whole scenario was something that would probably never happen in real life. I mean, I don’t think a son can just grab his dad’s collar like that. No no no, I don’t think so.

But here, look at this. So handsome even when he’s looking so smug ;w; ahhh~ my heart/////

Anyway, looking forward to Natsucomi on next week’s ep /o/!
